This is what the tenant has said about living in the property –

• It’s an extremely quiet property as it’s sheltered from all the main roads and adjacent property “entertainment areas” are located on the opposite side of their respective houses…

• You get a refreshing breeze down both sides of the house most of the year round due it’s position towards the top of the hill.

• The large patio area in the rear of the property is ideal for a number of uses; We had a full backyard table and chair setting out there as well as a full gym - it’s that big.

• The air conditioning is great and cools the entire house down quickly. Even on those 40 degree days!

• We never ran out of hot water.

• All the neighbours are very respectful and courteous of each other. There have been no issues in my ~4 years renting the house, no parties, no disagreements. Nothing at all!

• It’s only a 1 minute walk to the bus stop for circle routes 99 and 98 which service a large section of Perth including Morley Galleria (5 minutes) one way and Ascot Racecourse (10 minutes) the other to name just a couple.

• Bayswater Train station is just a 5 minute walk away which services Perth to Midland and should in the future go to the airport. It also has a number of free parking bays for days you don’t feel like walking…

• Adjacent and to the south of the train station is the Bayswater shopping precinct which is growing rapidly with 2 cafes recently opening, as well as the renovated Bayswater Tavern and a number of small restaurants located on the northern side. There are two IGAs in this area. You should visit the new 'to die for' café in King William Street called TBSP

• It’s a great area for home delivered food with over 40 restaurants available to order online from.
